Resident Comfort
The following services help make life here at RGP that much more comfortable:
Housekeeping & Laundry
RGP housekeeping staff provides fresh bed linens and towels. We make beds and empty the garbage every day. A full cleaning service is performed every week, which includes dusting, vacuuming and changing bed linens.
Every floor is equipped with complimentary washing machines, dryers and detergent. A laundry service with pick-up and drop-off is available for an additional fee.
Security & Maintenance
Building security staff monitors the entrance and exit of every visitor, and security cameras on all external walls and entry points ensure safety.
Our on-site maintenance staff responds to emergency repairs immediately, and to non-emergency repair requests on a daily basis. Our building and all common areas are fastidiously maintained.
Transport
We operate our own bus service with handicapped access and employ a professional driver.
Three days a week are dedicated to driving residents to medical appointments. The remaining days are dedicated to scheduled recreational outings or trips to local shopping.
