After pursing her passion for art at the University Michigan, Corey brought her creative talents into the world of food and graduated from the Culinary Institute of America. Today, she still studies painting, but her artistic and aesthetic skills delight our residents with menu selections that offer beautifully presented, fresh, and flavorful cuisine. Corey continues to offer residents their favorites while introducing new kosher concepts. Taste, special dietary requirements, and nutrition are also high on her list as she stewards the Rhoda Goldman Plaza kitchen to always accommodate the unique needs of residents.
