Graciously, we offer one of very finest assisted living communities where staff is treated with respect, admiration, and friendship.
Perhaps that’s why we have one of the lowest turnovers of staff in the Bay Area – 43% of our staff has worked here over 5 years. Just as important, is the higher staff-to-resident ratio (nearly 1:1). We’ve made staffing a huge priority. We know our residents want the folks who serve them to get to know them and their families. After all, this is their home. So a compassionate, caring, and courteous stable staff that’s here for each of our residents is supremely important.
From the moment you walk through our front door, and into the beautifully decorated lobby, you’ll start to pick up on the staff + resident relationships. It’s hard to miss. People care for each other here—and from our caregivers to our servers, chefs, maintenance, and management, it’s clear that Rhoda Goldman Plaza is truly a unique community where staff is valued. In addition, our Memory Caring team of dedicated folks are highly educated, trained, and certified in how to bring out the best in those living with dementia or Alzheimer’s.
And while we value and respect our residents, we’d like to take a moment to say here’s to the folks who make our community what it is today, our staff. They make everyone feel just like family.
