Sometimes it’s hard to put your finger on it, it’s often intangible. But you know it when you feel it.

Here at Rhoda Goldman Plaza we feel and know how important our incredible high staff-to-resident ratio is for the quality of life of all our residents. Nearly 1:1 ratio means that our well-trained, and very well-liked staff can offer the gift of time spent, the gift of a smile and taking the time for an extra effort that can make all the difference in the world to our residents.

Higher staff-to-resident ratios offer your parents a truly individual experience every day; our staff really gets to know everyone here as if they are family. It’s always in the little things: a door is held open, a visit and a word about their lives, their day, their own family – from the moment you walk in the door at our community you’ll see what we mean: smiles, conversation, laughter, or the gentle assistance of guiding a resident to their favorite spot in the library.
