Roberto Pellegrino belongs in the kitchen. After graduating with degrees in Hotel & Restaurant Management and Culinary Arts, he has spent over 30 years as an Executive Chef in many Bay Area Restaurant and Senior Living kitchens including Wente Vineyards & Tomatina, Oakmont and Atria Senior Living Communities. Sustainability and locally grown products are very important to Roberto who believes that every meal he creates should taste excellentwhile providing nourishment for the body as well as the mind.
