Executive Chef
Tsitsi Helman brings over two decades of culinary experience to our table having managed 12–34 staff in companies as diverse as The Gap, Oracle, Bon Appetit, Nerdwallet, Twitter and more. She is originally from South Africa and graduated with honors from the California Culinary Academy. Her award-winning culinary skills also earned her a position as the private chef for a well-known Silicon Valley billionaire for ten years. Tsitsi is also an avid runner.
